Chinatown Wars a Hit With Teen Gamers

Well, tonight was the first Video Game Night held at our library. We put up posters in the library and handed out fliers advertising this special event. The age group included twelve to eighteen year olds and we featured “Guitar Hero”, “Mortal Kombat”, and “Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars“. We had a great set up. Game Night was held in our public meeting room and I had two plasma screen TVs plus the big movie screen to project the games on. I hoped for at least ten kids to attend, so you can imagine how overwhelmed I was when twenty-five teenage gamers showed up. It kept me hopping making sure everyone got their turn on at least one game. “Chinatown Wars” was the most popular of the games we had available. Video Game Night was such a success my boss decided to hold it twice a month.
