    Laws of number plates

    January 6th, 2010 by admin

According to certain laws, every car, or vehicles in general, must have number plates, called also license plates or registration plates. Every vehicle must have unique number plates, because they are a way of identifying each driver and vehicle. Depending on country, number plates usually contain letters and numbers. For example, letters can be city, province or state abbreviations, while numbers are usually randomly generated. Number plates can also contain certain logos or pictures. For example, all number plates issued in European Union countries, have the yellow-blue EU logo on the left side.
