Based on statistics, there is an important difference when it comes to accident rates where workers feel that they have a voice when it comes to their health and safety. Accident rates are now lower compared to those companies that have been left uninvolved. For those employees who felt that they could have a positive attitude toward safety, that they could raise an issue regarding health concern compare to those whose voice are not heard, they are most likely stay longer because they feel that they are being taken care seriously. Companies who always promote safety to their workers using safety training videos are most likely to succeed.
