Cell Phones Unlocked

I have a little brother named James and he always take my cell phone for his own interests. He loves to play games in my cell phone. He would even get it with asking permission from me. When, he’d returned it, it is either with a low battery or worse is that with empty battery. I decided to have my cell phones locked so that if he could not use it immediately. Now that I do that he can no longer use it without asking me to have my cell phones unlocked. It is now the time that he could have access to my phones.
