Law firm marketing not a job for novices

I have a good friend who is an excellent attorney. He went to Harvard Law School and graduated at the top of his class. I met with him for the first time in 3 years and I was amazed at what he told me. He said his business is really floundering although he is excellent at the technical aspects of the law he admitted that he stinks at law firm marketing part of the business. He told me that all of his years in law school taught him nothing about marketing his business and finding new clients. He decided to attend a special class to improve his skills and pick up marketing pointers. Internet marketing is a new and important subject that he wants to learn more about.
