New Office Refurbishment in London office

My sister works for a large advertising agency, and she is truly amazing at what she does. I’m not the only one who thinks so either. Her company has just decided to do office refurbishment in London, which is the branch office she works in, and she is the first to get a new, updated office. She has said they are completely refurbishing her office; they are going to knock down a wall and combine hers with another one. They are also going to be doing things such as updating the lighting, and creating a massive work space suited for putting together advertising. She is so excited for her new office, and I told her that she deserves it.
