    tacfit commando book review

    March 4th, 2010 by admin

Tacfit Commando is the hot new fitness scheme by world-renowned fitness expert Scott Sonnon. This is one of the most advanced bodyweight workout scheme that I’ve ever found. I’ve been observing Coach Scott Sonnon’s exercise since I began making Flow-Fit, a serials of body weight practices that’s projected to produce your freedom of movement and also earn working strength in the action. Sonnon’s system is focused more on developing functional strength quite than the aesthetic aspect of musclebuilding. In a nutshell, you can expect to build up a body that is fit to do anything you delight rather than a body that is just “pretty”.

After all, Tacfit Commando is the synoptical workout that Israeli Special Forces are doing right now. Sonnon’s system ordinarily involve low to no equipment allowing you to perform the workouts anyplace you want. He has literally taken body weight exercises to the next level and grants you exercise arenas of your body that no other exercises can help you develop.

Scott Sonnon’s education system or as he called it; Circular Strength Training System is focused on producing strength in your body’s 6 Degrees of Freedom. The following are the 6 Levels of Freedom according Scott Sonnon:

Heaving – movement in the vertical plane (up and down)

Surging – movement in the sagittal plane (front and back)

Swaying – movement in the frontal plane (lateral or side-to-side)

Yawing – movement in the thwartwise plane (twisting around a central axis)

Pitching – shifting in the sagittal plane (rolling forward or backward)

Rolling – shifting laterally (bending to the side)

If you’re currently doing mma or any martial art for that thing, you know how crucial these movements are. Back when I began building up muay thai, I always questioned what practices to do to get better at dodging attacks and being able to move around better, CST (Circular Strength Training) is pretty much it.
