Time to Move On

While I was in my office the other day, my boss told me that he had to have a meeting with me as soon as I had some free time. I finished up writing a few emails and then I went in to his office to meet with him. He told me that he wanted me to work on a hiring a new web marketer, because our current one was really dropping the ball. I told my boss that I had talked to this man about stepping it up, but he just doesn’t seem to be motivated. He said that is why we have to let him go.
