Had to Remove XP Internet Security

A few weeks ago, I got an email from Facebook, from someone I didn’t know. But I opened it anyway, thinking that maybe I did know them from somewhere, and had forgotten. But I didn’t, and so just deleted the email. Then just a few days later, my computer started acting up. Turns out I had picked up a virus, probably from that email. So I had to find a way to safely remove xp Internet security, which is what I think was on my computer. It seems to be gone now, thank goodness, and that is the last time I open an email from someone I don’t know!
