VoIP providers want to enjoy a greater share in the voip market and for this, they are scrambling for various ways. They want to keep the consumers pleased and they expect that by offering several interesting and exciting features to consumers, they can have their patronage. For offering such interesting and exciting features to consumers, they are investing huge money in research and development programs which they have launched for the purpose of innovating such features. Another aim for their offering such features to consumers is that they did not treat consumers well before VoIP was invented and so they want to appease their feelings now.
