    Alabama wrongful death attorney win case

    You would think by now that everyone in the World would understand the risks of drinking and driving and just not do it. Well, there seems to be as many fatal car crashes as ever involving drunk driving. I live outside of Birmingham and I have read about 6 people killed this year by drunk drivers. One case handled by a Alabama wrongful death attorney involved a mother of 5 who was hit head on by the drunk driver. The Alabama wrongful death attorney took this case to court and won a substantial award for the surviving family of the mom. It was justice served in my opinion.
