Maximum Stimulation

When workng your shoulders make sur to do as many warm up sets as you need to do in order to get them ready to lift heavy. If you are doing home based workouts you will have more time to get this done. Make sur to perform the biggest most stimulating exercises at the beginning of your workout when you are still at your strongest. You will want to be using low reps with as much weight as you can handle with proper form. 3 to 6 reps is optimal for the most muscle stimulation. It may not seem like alot, but alot is not allways better.
