There is no such thing as proven methods of losing weight that promises everyone of success. These so called proven methods may be effective for some, but not for you. Your body structure may be different, your lifestyle, your eating habits, your diet, your metabolism rate, and your overall body response to calories may just be entirely different. And so, if you really want to lose weight, do not jump right away to the Proven Methods without examining your body first, or consulting a dietician. This is to prevent untoward incidents, as well as wrong means to the end. Your body may need an entirely different method to effectively lose weight, that is why it is best that you look at important factors, as mentioned above, that may constitute and affect your losing wieght program.
