Calling for Foreclosure Help

The foreclosure rate has shot up recently because of the whole real estate problem and the credit problem and homeowners need foreclosure help. Even when the banks are doing better and making profit, they are not lending any more so homeowners are still having problems. The credit market is still frozen with no end in sight.
Banks are starting to foreclose again on poor unfortunate homeowners who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments. Within a certain amount of time, if they still cannot pay and catch up on their mortgage payments, then the banks will set the foreclosure sale date.
Once a homeowner is behind on his or her payments, it is hard to catch up on back payments.
