Light Bulbs Burning Out

I installed a brand new lighted ceiling fan, in my kitchen a few months ago. Since then, I have to change the light bulbs at least twice a week. After searching for electrical advice, I began to realize that I may be using a light bulb with too many watts. The light fixture may not be able to handle the heat given off by all four bulbs at the same time. I’ve also been told that there may be a problem with loose arcing connections in the socket. Other factors could be that the light is used too often or the bulbs are too cheap. After trial and error, I’ve come to realize that I need to contact a licensed electrician.
