French Hijabs Ban

The term “hijabs” has turned into a controversial issue through out the world. Lately many European countries have started a debate about putting a ban on wearing Hijabs in their regions. France is one of the leaders of this debate and is seizing the “conspicuous religious symbols” issue in order to place a ban. The Muslim population is on a rise in Europe, and France has the largest amount of all the countries. Currently there are about 8 million Muslims living in France, which make up about 8% of their population. The primary reason for this ban is the fear of loosing the “French identity” once the majority of people start following their religious identities more earnestly.
