Which Are the Best Hotels in Paris?

I would really like to give my parents a trip to Paris for their 40th wedding anniversary. I want it to be really nice so that they are spoiled rotten. I am sure my siblings will pitch in to help with the cost, but I am going to do it regardless. I’ll just look for a good sale on airfare. Can anyone tell me which are the best hotels in Paris? I know they would love to see the Louvre, so it would be nice if I could find them a good hotel near there. My mom will really love seeing all the art.
