    Abdominal Exercises

    Some Exercises for Vertical Jump carry out the dual function of increasing the vertical of a player and also keeping him fit and healthy. Abdominal exercises form an integral part of vertical jump exercises schedule. An athlete’s abdomen should be well built up for it serves as the connection between his lower and the upper body. Thus, for a good vertical, an athlete’s abdomen should be strong. Stomach crunches, toe raise etc form a part of abdominal exercises. Start with a moderate number and eventually increase it. Include these abdominal exercises in your exercise regime and notice the difference for yourself.
