Why a Wrestle Must Increase Strength

The best way to improve your wrestling performance is getting stronger, more conditioned and skilled in the ring. There are tons of exercises out there that most aspiring wrestlers use when practicing but not all of them are effective in making them stronger or conditioned. A good wrestling strength and conditioning program should be used to increase the strength, power and stamina and should involve some high intensity exercises that target the leg, chest, shoulder, arms, back and glutes muscles. Increase in wrestling strength will automatically lead to increased speed, power and stamina and therefore increase in the overall performance of the wrestler.
