Taking Care of Patients Long Term

When I went to college I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, I knew that I wanted to work in the medical profession, but I didn’t know where. When I started talking to my counselor, she suggested that I go to a hospital and watch what the medical people do there. The profession that struck me was the respiratory therapist so I decided that I would choose a new school, a respiratory therapy schools and get my degree so that I can be usefull in a different area than I knew of. I would love to work with those patients that need long term care for their respiratory diseases.
