If you’re using a Windows computer and you’ve been running the same instance of Windows for a long time, then chances are that it has slowed down considerably. If you don’t have the time to do a full reinstallation of Windows then the next best thing might be to clean up your current installation as best as you can with registry cleaners, spyware removers, and the like.
